Brownfield on the Velkomoravska st. as seen through the eyes of filmmakers.
A pair of Olomouc documentary filmmakers made a film together called "Velkomoravská: a view beyond the border", which captures the historical transformation of the former military barracks on Velkomoravská Street. Through the witness testimonies, the filmmakers piece together a mosaic of the biography of a place that has become an abandoned brownfield during the last decade. The documentary also captures the process of revitalizing and planning the construction of a new urban quarter.

The Freework in Envelopa is welcoming its first tenants.
Hella, a Mohelnice (Šumperk region) based technology company, has moved part of its activities to the prestigious address of the Envelopa Office Center in Olomouc. It will be based in the newly opened FreeWork co-working workplace, which reflects the needs of modern business lead and provides the company with new business opportunities.

A unique gastronomic experience in a unique place was offered to the participants of the ‘Roman Paulus Cooks’ at the Royal Meadow Bouzov (Kralovska Louka Bouzov) event, which we held directly under the fairy-tale castle in mid-June. The guarantor of the quality of the gastronomic experience on this occasion was the most competent person - Michelin chef Roman Paulus.

Even before the first shovel hit the ground, we allowed our implementation team (and selected tenants) to walk through the future shopping centre. Not in real life, though, but in virtual reality.

July 2022 The revitalization of the Velkomoravska street brownfield has attracted the attention of scientists. The site will become part of a research.
The Institute of Geonics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which has long been dealing with the issue of brownfields in our territory, has shown interest in incorporating the ongoing revitalization of neglected areas into its research investigation.

A sports day for children was held in EAST PARK. The citizens of Bystrovany had a close look at the earth mound.
On the occasion of the recent celebrations in the village of Bystrovany, we made the newly completed 1.5 km long road, which will serve the logistics centre area in the future available to the citizens. Together with the municipality, we prepared races for children directly on the road.

The Urban planning conference in Olomouc brought a clear message – cities must develop, they cannot stagnate.
Last week, the city of Olomouc held an international conference called ‘Olomouc between the past and the future’. Highlighted were topics such as the significance of the land use planning, the coexistence of historical and modern architecture in traditional metropolises and the complicated bureaucracy accompanying the development of new projects.

Regional Court in Olomouc gave its green light for the construction of Šantovka Tower.
The zoning decision for the construction of Šantovka Tower is valid. The court dismissed the lawsuit filed by the ombudsman's office. The applicant was unable to provide sufficient arguments and justify the compelling public interest for his claims.
